Media Camp
August 11th - 15th, 2008
Calling All Producers and Directors:
Write, act, shoot, direct, edit and perform your own comedy, music video, talk show, drama or 'reality' program.
Creative Arts In Action in partnership with Dallas iMedia Network, is offering a Summer Media Camp at our Cottage Theatre in Watauga, TX. Dallas
I-Media will provide the production gear and professional staff to train the students during this week-long day camp.
 This camp is for students ages 9-16 and will be held August 11th - 15th, 2008 from 9:00am - 4:00pm daily. This camp is limited to the first 15 students. The cost of the camp is only $225.00 for the entire week.
Students will work together to produce a drama, talk show, comedies, newscasts, etc. Media
professionals will oversee and teach students how to use the same broadcast media equipment used in television production. All participants will receive a DVD of the week's productions and the final products are aired on Dallas iMedia Network's Youth Channel.
If you have a budding producer or director or just would like to learn about film production, call 817-281-2293 to register. Due to contract obligations, the entire camp fee is due at registration and is non-refundable unless the camp is cancelled by Creative Arts In Action or Dallas iMedia Network.
