Three
New Exciting Happenings at the Center
Workshops, with featured convention speaker Rosie
Watson, will provide
direction, inspiration and counsel in some of the home school mom's most
challenging areas.
Creative
Arts in Action offers a venue for students to showcase their hard work and
provides them the added stimulus of recognition and applause. This is not just a
class it's an experience where the goal is excellence. Essays and articles will
be published in our in house magazine, stories will be read, plays will be
performed, songs will be sung and art will be exhibited. We believe the added
element of competition and performance will serve to raise the bar, moving
students to a higher level of performance and productivity.
The
Wonder of Words is the first in our Young Writer’s
Tool Kit series of homeschool resources developed to provide
both teachers and students with creative ideas and practical tools to inspire
and equip their young writers. The goal of the program is to have children come to value writing as a powerful means of expressing their
ideas, thoughts,
feelings and experiences.
